In my past career, I designed, printed and installed ads that wrapped around city buildings.

As a wedding photographer, I like to bring that same level of expertise and precision to every print or album I make. Taking photos is one thing, but printing them and placing them perfectly in your home with that "wow" factor is what I'm known for.

I think the weddings that stay with me most are rarely the ones where everything unfolded perfectly.

Timelines exist on pieces of paper, but so much of what makes a wedding meaningful happens in the moments that could never be scripted into one. The pauses. The emotion that catches people off guard. The in-between moments where everyone forgets about the schedule for a second and simply lets themselves be there.

I’m always drawn to the weddings where people allow themselves to be fully present in the day and with the people around them instead of getting too caught up in trying to make everything perfect.

There was something about this entire wedding that felt especially heartfelt from beginning to end, and I feel so incredibly honored to have documented it. Congrats to you H&T. 💕

It’s that quiet-ish part of the year when I finally have time to refresh my portfolio. While lots of hours are spent going through everything I captured last season, I always think it’s important to review my older work too. Sometimes when I see photos taken years earlier with a fresh set of eyes, new images speak to me that maybe I never would have considered sharing before. I like being surprised by that.

This particular photograph of my lovely clients, Navi and Rohan, is one of those. When I saw it again, it sorta stopped me in my tracks. Like “how have I never shares this before?”. It feels moody and romantic. Maybe a touch evocative? My work has really been evolving and maturing nature this last year or two and this photo feels reflective of that.

Anywho, I’ve been work on something big behind the scenes for the last few months and cannot wait to share with you all! Until then, I look forward to posting some old and new favorite photos, coming to a new portfolio soon. 🤍
