Named after the very old and beloved pear tree in my back yard, Pear Tree Preserves is based out of Chicago and is made with fresh, locally grown produce.
It is handmade by me and the flavors change with the season. My inspiration comes from the traditions of the past, and great respect for what the seasons bring, with the goal of wasting nothing.

Tomorrow is the last outdoor market and the last of the season for Pear Tree and Willow Garlic Growers! Come stock up for the winter, I’ll have a ton of flavors and Willow will have a bunch of braids and bunches to last you through the winter 🍁🎃

Try not to be too jealous of my hideously shaped green pumpkin, Ive got some really great apple butter and my first batch of pear vanilla to sample tomorrow at . It might rain but you still need some preserves and garlic so there’s really no excuse not to go. 🍁
