That’s a wrap on Spring 2026. It was an era of transitions. We introduced golden spatulas, brought on new instructors and even moved office spaces. This class was truly a great one. They were curious, thoughtful, and forward-thinking.

We know you guys will do great things.

Tonight, we hosted our last session at our first location on Cermak rd. It’s hosted so many fond memories and life lessons.

It started as a dream in the summer of 2021. It was near impossible to find a space after deciding to leave UIC. Four years later, we’ve consistently hosted a great program.

Now a space isn’t much without the people that fill it. So thank you to all the instructors that have taught with us, students that took a chance on us, and clinical partners that have shared your wisdom with us.
