“Sensaphonics for Life.”
Longtime Sensaphonics user and hearing-health advocate, Reggie Watts, made his first-ever trip to NAMM this year, specifically to visit the Sensaphonics team! He stopped by the booth late Saturday afternoon to have new ear impressions taken with Dr. Shannon Switzer and to catch up with artist relations, Claudia Pyne.
Reggie has been using Sensaphonics 3DME Active Ambient IEMs for his performances and loves how they help him stay connected to the energy of the room while keeping his ears safe. His stop at the booth to chat about ears and life made the final hour of NAMM one to remember.

In celebration of World Hearing Day tomorrow (March 3), we're sharing a short video series featuring Sensaphonics music audiologist Dr. Shannon Switzer focused on expanding the conversation about hearing health in music and live sound.
Whether you’re on stage, behind the console, or in rehearsal, everyone deserves access to protection that works.
Here are some simple steps you can take to maintain your hearing health year-round:
- Wear earplugs to concerts, clubs, festivals, and other loud places
- Turn down headphone/earbud levels (and turn "on" headphone notifications if listening from your phone)
- Take listening breaks throughout the day to give your ears and auditory brain a rest
- Get your hearing tested regularly to monitor for early signs of sound injury
