Flex Performance Lab is looking for Dance Instructors!

If dancing is your passion, why not get paid to share that passion with others? We’re looking for energetic, dependable dancers who are ready to step into the instructor role and lead fun, engaging adult classes.

🔥 And other dance styles — bring us what you’ve got!

DANCE INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS

✔️ Must have a dance background
✔️ Must understand and properly use dance terminology for your style
✔️ Must be comfortable teaching adults ages 18+
✔️ Must have reliable transportation
✔️ Must be dependable, professional, energetic, and able to lead a class
✔️ Teaching experience is a plus, but we’re also interested in talented dancers who are ready to grow into teaching

It’s an Open Level session, so don't worry if you've never tried ballet before. It's all about moving together, working on that mobility, and having a good time at the studio.
