Liberation first happens in the mind...
and whatever lives in our imagination controls our perception of what choices we have most willingness and agency to operationalize. Even our ability to see or not see, to make or not make our reality is reflective of our greatest potential to transmute desire and belief into an actualized individual and collective power - to forge from sheer ideation into l
iving practice is our ultimate Liberation. MindfulRant specializes in mining for the truths that both disrupt disruptions and harmonize strengths in service to expanding possibility and growing beyond colonized leadership approaches that perpetuate violent, competitiveness and disharmonious ways of relating to ourselves, one another, and governs how we lead the world. MindfulRant's methodologies are rooted in participatory, emergent leadership design and consciousness coaching that foster clarity in strategic direction and dynamic Humyn interdependencies. Do you have a version of you, you feel far away from? Are you ready to make big shifts in your life, family or work and need support rising to the version of you, needed to meet those shifts? Would you like to foster a culture of truth, reconciliation, creativity, radical responsibility and power within your organization, group or family? Are you ready to lead yourself and others into a more conscious, wholly way of moving through the world? Are the current operational systems governing your collective binding up your strategic vision? Do hard conversations need mediation and healing space? I'd love to work with you. Anderson’s work explores concepts of serial displacement disorder, natural and
emergent migration pathologies and public space activation as revolutionary Praxis — transcending and transmuting the oppressive narratives that space holds within communities of color. Toni has over 20 years of Earth & youth advocacy and believes our society needs radical truth, reconciliation, feeling intelligence and inclusive, multi-ecological design to be prepared and responsible for a sustainable, future Earth. Toni has planted freedoms through approaches rooted in cultural, eco-spiritual and generative, participatory design. 100s of trees and 1000s of plants, planted.
