They want someone who answers the phone.
Someone who communicates.
Someone who shows up.
Someone who knows what they’re doing.
Someone who stands behind their work.
Someone who makes the process easier instead of creating more problems.
So stop competing like price is the only thing that matters.
If you can only win by being cheaper, you haven’t given the customer enough reasons to choose you.
Price is part of the conversation.
It should never be the entire conversation.
