A decade overdue. Our band VARAHA will be performing together with long time friends in BONGRIPPER at the Bottle in only a few weeks, for Bongripper 20th anniversary 2day show. Nick of Bongripper was one of the many guest musicians in our album “A Passage For Lost Years” and a dearest friend - we are very excited to finally share the stage. See you there.

We want to thank Prosthetic Records for giving us many tools and a platform to share our craft, allowing us to reach so many people throughout the world. We are very grateful of the constant support and we deeply thank Steve Joh for being a true leader, a stellar record label manager, and a great human being. “A Passage of Lost years” received stellar reviews from the press worldwide and made it into many “best album of the year awards” when it was released - we are proud of this accomplishment. We thank you for your help in making it all happen.

Save the date. May 10th VARAHA will be headlining at The Final Girl in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Wisconsin we’re coming for you.

Wisconsin.. it’s been a long time! We will hit the stage on Sat May 10th and celebrating Fabio’s birthday at the stroke of midnight nevertheless. See more info in the comments.

Fun fact: Nick (from Ossilegium, who are also performing that night) has been there for us since day one; he’s the one who recorded the Varaha EP before Adam Stilson mixed and mastered it. A meaningful reunion and a little bit of Varaha history right there.. We may or may not test run our full sophomore album live for the first time. We’ve been busy.

While Varaha is working extremely hard behind the scene to finish the writing of our sophomore album, Joel and I have been approached by the guys from MINSK to help them with their brand new side project TRUE VELVET. We are very excited to join them onstage and help them with this debut live show. You will not want to miss this: their music is fire.

We hope to see you there.. and our dear friend Nick of Bongripper is opening the show with his dark noise soundscape project BOTTOMED.
