Dear Heng Heng Friends, Family, Loyal Customers, & Prospective Clients,
We thank you so much for all of your support thus far. It has been a challenging few months to say the least, but we remain optimistic and hopeful for better days ahead. It has been such a journey but we are grateful for all of the support, the kind gestures and positive affirmations that have really lifted our spirits. :)
As Chicago moves into phase 4 of safely re-opening, we are now open with limited hours and we look forward to welcoming you back! Thank you for your patience and loyalty. We strongly encourage you call to make an appointment with us, however, we are open for walk-in clients but limiting it to a 10 people minimum within the store. If you have children with you, if possible, please have your significant other wait with them outside the shop or in your vehicle.
Please review the guidelines below for in person visits. While most of us are blessed with stronger immune systems, we understand that some of us (including some our team members) are more immuno-compromised or are caring for others or may be in contact with those who are at higher risk. We will do anything and everything we can on our end to ensure safety guidelines.
What is required to enter the store:
The city requires the usage of masks in all in-door settings. We will also provide hand sanitizer and have some masks handy too if you forget yours.
Please make sure that you are in good health before making an appointment and/or entering and have not been in contact with anyone who may have COVID or showing symptoms such as:
Fever
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
What we are doing to sanitize:
We will also be deep cleaning surfaces that are touched such as door k***s, showcases, desks, and phones after each encounter.
Jewelry that is tried on or touched will be sanitized in the ultrasonic machine followed by steam cleaning.
All jewelry tools such as sizers, tweezers, and etc. will also be cleaned in the ultrasonic machine and steam cleaned.
