“2yo won’t eat

I'm at my end. Literally sitting next to my two year old crying right now because I'm so tired of making food and her having zero interest. It doesn't matter what I make. I feel like I'm losing my mind trying to feed her and make sure she gets enough nutrients. I'm now at the point where I'm ready to just give up and let her not eat—obviously still make and offer her food, but stop the pressure. She's super independent and I fear she may be doing this out of defiance.”

This is a real question we pulled from r/Parenting, one of Reddit’s most popular parenting-related communities. Here’s how Liz, Nurture Life’s Registered Dietitian, would approach this situation.

Once a week, Liz hops on Reddit to help answer the top questions parents have about feeding their kids.
