We are excited to highlight Nicole and the work she does to support our tenants and our team.

We were proud to have hosted an Earth Day Tenant Appreciation Event at 311 W Huron, celebrating sustainability, community, and the partnerships that help our buildings thrive.

The event brought together our valued tenant community from across the portfolio for an afternoon of connection, appreciation, and hands-on experiences. Guests enjoyed an interactive Blossoms Bar featuring hand-crafted floral bouquets, succulent plantings, honey giveaways from our very own onsite bees, and engaging mini-workshops throughout the event.

The turnout, energy, and support from our vendors made the day truly spectacular. Thank you to everyone who helped bring this event to life.

Special appreciation to our event partners: Blue Plate Catering, Crescent Cleaning, Republic Services, Vanguard Cleaning, The Posh Garden, McFarlane Douglass, Alvéole, with special gifts provided by Lunchdrop.

We hope everyone enjoyed their giveaways, and we look forward to announcing our grand prize raffle winners this week as we continue celebrating Earth Month.

Vevo recently hosted their West & Mid-West Sales Summit at our amenity space at 311 W Huron, and the experience did not disappoint.

Celebrate Earth Day!

This year’s event will feature a live planting demonstration along with a build-your-own flower bar, giving you the opportunity to get hands-on and take a little greenery back to your space.

We look forward to continuing to bring engaging, community-focused experiences to our tenants while promoting sustainability.
