Mental Health Awareness Month has ended but leaders need to prioritize mental health and well-being year-round. As Perspectives President and CEO, Bernie Dyme said, “Let Mental Health Awareness Month be the jumping-off point for developing and implementing a plan to support employees’ well-being.
