This weekend was one for the books. ✨

We were honored to serve as the official caterers for Lollapalooza’s Platinum, Cabana, and Party Suites, bringing the One Off Hospitality experience to festivalgoers all weekend long.

Through rain, long days, and nonstop energy, we couldn’t be prouder of our incredible team for their hard work, talent, and dedication that made it all happen.

A huge thank you to the team for trusting us to be part of such an iconic Chicago weekend. ❤️

We were also thrilled to welcome guest chefs and on Sunday as they helped us close out the festival with an unforgettable final day of food and hospitality.

With National Food Service Workers Day just around the corner, it feels like the perfect time to recognize the people who truly make this industry what it is. This isn't about one person or one restaurant. It's about every dishwasher, porter, server, server assistant, bartender, barback, butcher, farmer, baker, cook, chef, sous chef, manager, general manager, host, and every person working behind the scenes.

Restaurants are built by countless hands, and it's the dedication, passion, and care of every team member that makes this industry so special. Hospitality is a collective effort, and we're proud to be part of a community filled with people who show up every day to create memorable experiences for others.
