We meet Wednesdays 5-7pm at the Logan Center in room 703 (aka the Kojo Dojo) and play giant Japanese taiko drums -- it's the ultimate physical exercise in stress relief and feeling like a boss! We also perform at different campus events, including the IFF and Uncommon Nights. We're always looking to expand our ensemble, so feel free to come to any practice! One of the best taiko groups in the world is coming to Chicago from Japan for their world tour on March 5th at 3pm, and we’re going! Please message us if you’d like to come with us, tickets will be roughly $50 per person.
