We’re honored to announce the 2026 Culinary Committee Co-Chairs:
👩‍🍳 Chef Shirley Chung, Chef Owner of Ms Chi Cafe
👨‍🍳 Nikolaos Kapernaros, Executive Chef at Pierless Hospitality
 
Chef Shirley and Chef Nik will lead this year’s Culinary Committee and help shape the lineup of tasting stations, bringing together some of Chicago’s most talented restaurants for the evening.
 
On November 5, 2026, chefs from across the city will gather in the Aon Grand Ballroom at Navy Pier for an extraordinary evening of food and community benefiting the American Cancer Society.
 
Together, we will welcome 1,000 guests with a goal of raising $1 million to support lifesaving cancer research and patient programs, proving once again that hope tastes best when shared.
 
🍽️ Chicago chefs and restaurant owners:
We are currently selecting restaurants for this year’s tasting stations.
