HoZac Records

Pre-Order is now OPEN for the incredible upcoming BOOK + 7" EP RECORD set 'ESCAPADES - Underground Music + Art' by UK DIY legend Jowe Head.

As a founding member of the awe-inspiring Swell Maps, as well as an integral member of the lurid Television Personalities, Steve Treatment, Cult Figures, Palookas, plus countless side projects, solo works, and
collaborations, this irrefutably intriguing figure has somehow effortlessly bridged the gap between the blank slate of the pre-punk era to the truly underground sound of the modern day, and is still bursting at the seams with ideas. Hozac Books is excited to finally unleash Jowe’s incredible goldmine of photos, artwork, and music stories from Solihull to the edge of the world, tracking his earliest days in the ground-breaking SWELL MAPS circa 1972, through the early ‘80s Glasgow and London scenes, into the ‘90s and beyond, but always influencing the next wave of complex art-punk notoriety.

ALSO - we've got a special super limited HARDCOVER edition of 100 with SIGNED EP - but act fast as they're almost gone!
shipping in November/December.

Coming up next on Hozac Books - the LOOOONG awaited Jowe Head ESCAPADES 1972-2022 Art/Music (book+7" record set) is nearly done and pre-order details will be announced in another week or so, including a foreword by no less! Stay tuned....
