The history of Flourish. We are missing a few years. Anyone want to help contribute?

flourish [UIC ACM] Flourish was an open source conference hosted at UIC. It was organized by a joint-team between UIC ACM, UIC LUG, The Computer Science Department of UIC and a host of volunteers and alumni.

PSA: Vote your conscience, no matter what anyone around you says this election. Vote for who you think locally, state-wide and federally who will make our country better than no other country ever was. Clinton, Trump, Stein, Johnson or write in.your candidate. Also vote locally, Congress is up for grabs. Don't forget to vote for those local officials who make decision for things closest to home. Lastly some of you may have bills and new laws to vote on. Our country is about to evolve this Tuesday!
