Today was a good day! Anytime smiles, sunshine, and movement is involved I consider it successful. Today it was floral arranging in honor of Valentines Day 💐 and line dancing instruction with ☥ as part of our Winter Movement Series.

It’s the golden hour sunset tour with my cuzzin! Something about enjoying a sunset lights me up. I don’t know if it’s being able to observe the magnificence of God in real time, but it’s such an intentional thing to experience and you can miss it if you’re late. It makes you stop, slow down and be present. One of the best mindfulness practices I know. Are you a sunrise or sunset person? 🌅
