Layered artwork, area rugs, and abundant greenery, from statement trees to lush planter boxes, add warmth and texture. The result is a once-empty environment reimagined as vibrant, lively, and ready for occupancy!

Taking cues from hospitality-forward design, this spec suite at 303 E Wacker is staged to feel immersive, inviting, and distinctly high-end. The feature bar that anchors the entry as a memorable first impression and social hub is complemented by layered textures, rich materials, curated artwork, and integrated planter boxes that bring depth and life to the space. Thoughtfully styled bar elements and refined details reinforce a sense of connection and comfortable productivity.

A successful gallery wall strikes a balance between scale and spacing, blending contrast, color, and composition into one cohesive story. Taking into account the architecture, sightlines, and lighting, our team layers in pieces that complement the palette and tone of each unique space. Mixing frame finishes, varying scale, and playing with negative space keeps the composition dynamic yet cohesive, resulting in a gallery that feels collected over time and seamlessly integrated into the space.

For this gallery wall at Oak Park City Apartments, we took cues from the Frank Lloyd Wright inspired architecture, mixing in a more current design aesthetic while still hinting at a mid-century modern feeling

Designed as a refined yet welcoming amenity oasis, thoughtful additions to shared spaces at Hyde Park Labs balance the soft, neutral architecture with layers of bold personality. Art curation became the focal point, with a mix of high-end local works and commissioned mixed-media pieces, inspired by Chicago and the Hyde Park neighborhood. These vibrant works introduced texture, color, and energy, while residential inspired furnishings and locally sourced accessories and books grounded the space in comfort and community

Invenergy’s workplace branding highlights the global clean energy leader’s impact on the communities it empowers. The design is simple, clean, and energetic—drawing from the company’s brand colors and the interior design palette—while staging elements like décor, pillows, and plantwork complete the space with a polished, welcoming touch

Designed for comfort, connection, and community, 1 North Franklin’s distinct amenities—from a full bar and activated game room to a record-filled music room—carry unique energy. Complimentary accessories and decor maintain a cohesive style, while artwork celebrating Chicago viewpoints ground the interiors in a strong sense of place

The two-floor amenity spaces at 333 W Wacker are thoughtfully designed to balance social connection and focused work. Carefully curated shelving showcases high-end accessories while maintaining an uncluttered aesthetic, while subtle pops of color in the decor seamlessly integrate with the contemporary finishes
