This Pride Month, we're proud to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and the diversity of experiences, perspectives, and voices that strengthen our firm.

Throughout June, WMPride, our LGBTQ+ employee resource group, is bringing employees together through local office celebrations, community-building opportunities, and conversations that encourage learning and awareness. This includes a companywide town hall exploring bias in AI and the role we all play in promoting more thoughtful, inclusive outcomes as these technologies continue to evolve.
