This is a silver Martin alto I recently overhauled. I took a picture before and another after. Put on your sunglasses!

I recently worked on the Selmer Mark VI tenor. The owner told me that when he bought it in Paris in 1965 the high F # key was an extra $8 and to have the bell engraved was an additional $8.

I recently finished overhauling this Buescher Big B tenor. It was in pretty rough shape;the owner had rubber bands to replace the missing springs. It turned out well. Considering that this instrument was made on 1941, it's lacquer is in good shape.

Recently I overhauled this silver Martin alto. Coincidentally the day I finished it, someone else brought me another Martin alto to overhaul. Talk about bizarre timing! The silver one played exceptionally well.

I used the new milling machine to create these parts for a Yamaha model 21 alto saxophone that had a few parts missing.

I recently acquired this Emco vertical milling machine. Even though it was manufactured in Spain, the manual is in German and English. It has taken awhile to get used to it. For some reason, the horizontal feeds are measured in thousandths of an inch, but the fine vertical feed is measured in tenths of a centimeter!

Here is a photo of the same Balanced Action tenor. It is in great shape, considering it's age.

I recently worked on this Selmer Balanced Action tenor. I built up the palm keys so the player can easily reach them.

I was working on this Mark VI soprano today. To put myself in the right mood, I listened to John Coltrane while working on it.
