My very first large scale mural painted in 2011 was recently vandalized. Over the years, I’ve come across posters taped up on top of it and minor bits of vandalism, plus a healthy amount of pigeon p**p, but this huge silver tag blatantly scrawled across the entire piece was shocking to see. Sadly, at the same time, it didn’t surprise me.

It feels good to have the community rising up to show their support for public art. WBBM called me this morning to talk about it:

I'm excited to finally be releasing prints of my work! These are reproductions of a small assortment of pieces that include large-scale murals (a few that photographed well enough to translate into a print), smaller chalk drawings, paintings, and digital illustrations. Had a blast last night doodling live at the Chef’s BBQ, the most incredible food festival & annual fundraiser for ! It is quite the celebration — showcasing Chicago’s best restaurants and bakeries, and connecting them with the actual farmers that grow the food they buy at the market year round.
