I’ve owned and operated ART Property Management for 25 years and the wild part is, I built this full-service real estate brokerage with no prior experience. I never worked for another brokerage… I learned by doing, and I stayed committed to the process.

Many people don’t realize this, but in real estate I wear a lot of hats. And believe it or not… my least favorite part of the business is sales (for many reasons 😅).

Truth is, if it weren’t for a friend pushing me early on, I probably wouldn’t have opened that side of the business as soon as I did. But I’ll admit it… I’m actually pretty good at it.

Over the last five years, I’ve stepped deeper into what I truly believe God created me to do "teach". I didn’t always want brokers on my team, but I realized something important:
