DB FLOORING

We came into this one and rolled a bonding agent over the whole floor to give a good surface for the self leveling to adhere to and once it dried we poured 30-50 pound bags over the whole floor to help flatten it. Once that dried we sanded the floor and then skimmed it with two coats of ardex feather finish. We then installed 650 sqft of glue down vinyl plank on a random install. We rolled the floor with a 100 pound roller to ensure the glue bonded properly and then installed and caulked new painted white qtr round. 773-447-7161

A bathroom in Darien we are working on tiling the bathroom floor and shower. Today LJM Construction will come and custom make a threshold and stain it to match the hardwood and then we will work on tiling more of the shower walls with marble.773-447-7161

A shower in an apartment in Chicago we came in and cleaned up the dirty grout on the shower pan. We cut out the old nasty grout on the bottom row of tile in the shower and replaced it with new grout. We put a fan on it and let it dry and then we clear siliconed the whole shower to help extend the life of this shower.
