Today marks one year of Kitsch Machine being out in the world!! Thank you for listening, we’ve been playing it out a lot these last 12 months and are very proud. We are working on new things so in the mean time here is us in the Chicago bean.

For those who don’t know us or haven’t seen us, one ritual we enjoy is taking the day of a show to write a haiku and sharing it with one another before going on.

So going forward, we wanted all of you involved too! We have created a free haiku library at our merch boothcalled “Take-A-Haiku, Leave-A-Haiku”.

The process is simple: Take a haiku from the cup, write one of your own, and put it in the cup. Feel free to read it to us too if you feel so inclined!

So far, it’s been an absolute joy meeting new people gathered around the haiku library, even making happy memories like the one in the second photo.
Thanks so much to for the inspiration for this idea. Come to one of our shows and enjoy this fun ritual!

NYC people we got an update for you! Our show with on 9/17 is now at instead of Nublu 151. The place has changed but the tunes stay the same!

Tour announcement! We are hitting the road once more this September, we’ve got some beautiful bills lined up in some beautiful places. Lots of beauty. Also maybe we’ll go to again and won’t lose his s**t this time .
