Panamsailing

The ISCA Class is please to invite all sailors to participate in the series of regattas that are part of the qualification pathway for the Pan American Games Lima, Peru 2027.

These events will bring together top-level competition and provide an opportunity for countries to secure qualification for this international event. More information at: https://panamsailing.org/

Panam Sailing is pleased to confirm the Sport Program for the Lima 2027 Pan Am Games for the Sport of SAILING!

We will have 14 Medal Events (up 1 from Santiago 2023’s 13 Events).

The following 10 events will serve as Continental Qualifiers for the LA28 Olympics for both North America and the Islands, AND for South America and Central America:

Men’s Kite (Formula Kite)
Men’s Windsurfing (iQFOiL)
Men’s Skiff (49er)

Women’s Dinghy (ILCA 6)
Women’s Kite (Formula Kite)
Women’s Windsurfing (iQFOiL)
Women’s Skiff (49erFX)

Mixed Multihull (Nacra 17)
Mixed Dinghy (470)

And the 4 traditional, Regional events will continue:

Men’s Reg’l Dinghy (Sunfish)
Women’s Reg’l Dinghy (Sunfish)
Mixed Reg’l 2-person Dinghy (Snipe)
Mixed Reg’l 3-person (2W/1M) Dinghy (Lightning)
