A big aspect of real estate investing is seeing something others don’t. In this case, we bought this building because we knew the zoning and lot size (neither of which was advertised) allowed us to add two garden units. Finally came full circle on that vision 1.5 years later as the units are done and fully leased. And in our humble opinion, they turned out 🔥🔥🔥!

The vacant building we are acquiring on in was originally a grocery store owned by a polish family 100 years ago. I was fortunate enough to get interviewed by to talk about the historical significance of the building and this neighborhood in general to the people of .
