Hi Friends 👋
It’s been a minute, so I wanted to (re)introduce myself to my new and longtime followers.
I’m an interior designer by day and artist by night. I studied interior design at UW–Madison, and now I live + create in my cozy Chicago apartment.
My art is deeply inspired by the contrast between soft, natural beauty and the bold, structured world I work in every day. I love playing with texture—mixing media to create abstract pieces that feel grounded, organic, and a little magical.
If you’re into slow art, nature’s influence, and a peek behind the curtain of creative life, you’re in the right place.
Thank you all again for being here and supporting me! ✨💕

What a fantastic weekend celebrating the opening of - founded, designed, built-by and ran by my sister, Jackie

Little Known Art House celebrates and showcases artists and craftsman - with all product all made by hand

I am so honored to have been apart of the process. Jackie trusted me to design the logo (🫣 no pressure!) AND be the first artist featured in the shops gallery space (still no pressure!!)

So many other hands in our family helped along the way

If you find yourself in the Fox Valley area, be sure to swing by located across from the Appleton Public Library

If you’re an artist or craftsman who is interested in selling your work, be sure to apply through the Little Known website!

Happy place 🌇
I’ve had so much fun developing this collection.
As an interior designer, I’m always looking to balance softness with boldness and texture with pattern. This is an expression of my love for both the built environment and natural elements. Ripping canvas, sewing it together, using abstract shapes and movements layered with the refined lines of delicate foliage and the sparkle of gold leaf - to create what feels so *me*.
Enjoy! ✨

I have always loved the shape and color of ginkgo leaves. Whenever I see them below my feet on a walk, I find myself thinking about how tropical they feel in this Midwest environment and then I wonder how they survive so well here as they’re native to Southeast Asia. Ironically enough, they also symbolize hope, strength and resilience.

In this painting I wanted to highlight the feeling of leaves glistening in the sun. I’m loving the little bit of silver leaf ✨
