We brokered an off market mixed use transaction at 3440 W. Montrose Ave in Albany Park, connecting the seller and buyer to close the deal.

We focus on identifying off market opportunities and bringing the right parties together to execute.

Our involvement continues beyond the sale. We have been retained to manage the property and oversee renovations as part of the new ownership’s value add plan. The commercial space is already leased to a new grocer opening soon, adding to the neighborhood. Appreciate everyone involved in making this a smooth transaction!
