Closed Forever.
The overwhelming amount of support from all you guys these last few weeks has completely justified the last 7+ years. Ravenswood is a great neighborhood, with MANY great groomers/ pet care providers - I know I leave you guys in good hands. I myself am headed on an adventure.. stepping back from owning and accepted a job with in West Palm Beach, FL. I’ll keep everyone updated on the page when I get out there in a few weeks.

Over the last seven years, Ravenswoof became a recognizable name not only in Ravenswood, but throughout Chicago. We truly left our mark - and our legacy on the Chicago grooming industry. And sometimes, even legacies must come to an end.

It is with careful consideration that we announce Ravenswoof will be closing its doors, concluding all grooming and daycare services at our current location effective Thursday, March 14th.

To our loyal clients, some of you have been with us since the very beginning. thank you. Thank you for trusting us with your pets and being part of this journey. We hope we made your days a little easier, your homes a little cleaner, and your dogs and cats a little happier.

Clients will be receiving a detailed email shortly with next steps and transition information. We are working closely with , our neighbors in the pet care community, to keep your pets well cared for during this transition.

Amanda Kalivoda will be joining their grooming team, and we highly recommend their services. Any Rowdy Rascal Playcare transfer will receive 20% off their first daycare package at Urban Pooch! 🐶

Most of you know Andres, our manager or have seen him around. Andres can be found leading the Bathing team, Daycare team , helping up front and keeping our facility clean and safe! He’s been learning to groom dogs on his days off for the last 6 months and will be graduating his program this month! We are super excited to add him to the roster Monday’s for dog grooming and are asking you guys to book with him. Please keep in mind the appointment time might take a bit longer while he’s still learning so be sure your pup is a good fit!
