We are many fast food workers from the Chicago, Indianapolis, and Rockford region that are fed up with our poverty wages and jobs with no benefits and respect. We are also tired of stagnant wages and growing inequality, racism/sexism in our jobs, and lack of dignity. We are part of a $200 billion dollar industry yet we struggle to put food on our tables.
