Congratulations to Cathy Torgerson on being named the Certified Residential Specialist of the year for Washington State!
Cathy has been actively involved in CRS Leadership since 2011. She has served as a Network Director, Membership Director, Washington State President and is currently the Communications Chair.
While attending SELL-A-BRATION, Cathy met a California CRS member that started a non-profit called Knock Knock Angels. Cathy was very inspired & in 2022 opened a chapter of the non-profit Knock Knock Angels in Pierce County, Washington State. Knock Knock Angels helps furnish much needed items in homes for families that are in a crisis situation.
Since 2022, 100 families have been served by the Washington Chapter.
Washington CRS has partnered with Cathy in fundraising and gathering items for these families.
We thank Cathy and honor her for her dedication to CRS, the Washington community and her volunteer spirit.

It was a lovely evening & we look forward to representing Washington State and bringing the highest level of continuing education to our REALTOR® family!
