What's up, everyone! We are back with a huge announcement today. It was revealed earlier today via the page that Virulent Excision will officially be part of this massive lineup. We have officially started to write and demo some brand new material for our forthcoming full-length album with the recent addition of Nikhil to our studio lineup. We are definitely very excited to present this new era of VE. While the recording lineup featured on the graphic may vary slightly from the live lineup at TDF due to international logistics, rest assured, we'll be there in some form and in full force, ready to deliver some crushing new tunes. See you all in September, and be sure to follow the TDF pages that has 8 more sick band announcements still left to be unveiled before tickets go on sale on April 5th.

Time to unveil some huge news! Today we are extremely thrilled to officially welcome none other than Nikhil Talwalkar to Virulent Excision as our new session guitarist, He'll be joining myself, Alexandre Brochu (Bass) and JP Bouchard (Drums) of NecroticGoreBeast and Hunter Ross (Guitar) from Olkoth to our recording lineup. Nikhil, best known for his masterful solo project, A**l Stabwound, Brings a wealth of talent and experience to our ranks. Hosting an impressive track record that includes studio and live sessions with bands such as Putridity, Bludgeoned, Immortal Suffering, Theurgy, Engulfed in Repugnance, and Undeciphered, Nikhil is a highly sought after and skilled multi-instrumentalist who at just 18 years old has already and continues to presently push the boundaries of brutal music. We are immensely excited to already be working with him on the writing and recording of our upcoming full-length album "Neuro-Necrotic Termination" for Comatose Music. We're confident that Nikhil's exceptional skills and unique musical vision will help elevate Virulent Excision to new heights. Join us in officially welcoming him to the fold! 2023 was a semi-slow, but interesting year for Virulent Excision. We only played 2 live shows those being the Chicago Domination Fest 8 and Gored in the Heart of Texas Fest 2 with two wildly different sets and lineups. I'd like to take a moment to send a big thanks to those that helped keep this beast alive during this restructuring process. Nate Burgard, Diaz, Mikey Diaz, Hunter Ross and Jason Mast I appreciate you dudes for all your hard work to pull those events off. On the studio side of things our good friend Jason has officially departed VE to refocus on his project we all remain great friends and wish him nothing but success and the best moving forward, be sure to keep an eye on Mortifying Deformity s**t is gonna blow your mind when it drops. While on the topic of things to check out our other band mate's Alex and JP just released a massively sick NecroticGoreBeast album Repugnant which just made the Artifacts of Brutality top 20 bdm albums of 2023. Hunter was also quite busy as well releasing a badass album and touring Europe with his other band Olkoth. With that said we have officially secured the services of a new, well known and soon to be named mystery guitarist to assist in the writing and recording of our still upcoming full-length album for Comatose Music. We are expecting to begin work in just a few more weeks for a potential fall 2024 release. Finally as we close out 2023, I would like send my appreciation to everyone that still listens to and supports this band without you VE doesn't exist, so thank you all! On behalf of myself, Alexandre, JP and Hunter we wish you all a Happy New Year! We can't wait to share some sick new music with you guys in 2024! Cheers!

Things have been a little silent from the VE camp as of late but were doing a little restructuring and continuing work on our full length which I'll hopefully have some cool updates about sometime in the near future.

Myself and Jason Mast are preparing to hit the stage soon at Gored In The Heart Of Texas Fest 2. All brand new material is being played for the first time ever live!
