When you're at a place in your Life where things feel stuck, one of the best decisions you can make is to volunteer your time to support others who would greatly benefit from your presence.

I started hospice volunteering in 2007 and it was one of the greatest decisions of my life. I had no idea at the time that it would open doors to life long friendship as well as career opportunities.

Listen to your inner compass to find what direction you would grow and serve in a volunteering way.

Going deep in a stretch is rarely the best way to create healthy, lasting change in the body.

What I am interested in, and teach from, is how can we take the most basic movements and expand our ability to be more fluid and open while honoring where our body is in that moment and listening to how and where it wants to move.

Restoring and stretching the fascia throughout your body can not only expand your range of mobility, but also grow possibilities in your brain you didn't know were possible or existed!

Come check out this slow moving stretching tonight at 7:30-8:45pm at Grateful Yoga of Evanston
