ALL PREVIOUS ROBERT TAYLOR HOMES RESIDENTS: Teague was last seen playing in the seventh-floor hallway of her family's apartment building at Robert Taylor Homes in Chicago, Illinois on June 25, 1983. The building was located in the 5000 block of south Federal Street; it has since been demolished. Teague's parents left her in the care of her grandmother the evening of her disappearance while they went to a drive-in movie. An estimated 50 people were in the hallway when Teague's grandmother left her alone for a few minutes to answer a phone call. When she returned, the baby was gone.
