We are pleased to share that Tim Whiting presented at the Florida Justice Association’s Winning Truck Crash Cases Seminar on May 1, 2026.
Tim’s presentation, Negligent Training, highlighted the critical role training plays in trucking safety. From influencing driver decision-making to shaping the standards companies are expected to uphold, proper training can have a meaningful impact on outcomes when it matters most.
We are proud to see Tim continuing to contribute to the advancement of legal education and the plaintiff advocacy community through his involvement in this program.
