Lancaster March Pet of the Month!

Join us to bid Eric Gates farewell this Friday, May 6th in our lobby. The Social Commission, per usual, will provide tacos and cocktails. We will have cards on site for you to sign and/or leave gifts for Eric. See you Friday.

Save the Date! 2nd annual Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for Saturday, March 9th in the Lakeshore East Park. Please arrive by 9 am with a shotgun start at 9:30 am. Thank you to our sponsors and the volunteers who have helped to coordinate such a great event for a second year. For questions, please email [email protected]. We are also looking for volunteers to help disperse eggs. Additionally, all are welcome to take advantage of this fun event.

Join us Sunday, March 20th for our 1st Chili Cook-Off! Want to participate? Email [email protected] by March 10th. Want to help judge? Join us from 4 pm to 6 pm and winners to be announced at 5:30 pm. Meet us in the 4th floor lounge.

Join your fellow residents on Wednesday, February 2nd from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Carlucci's (400 E. Randolph). Free appetizers and pizza, plus great drink specials coordinated especially for you via the Social Commission. RSVP to [email protected] and you could win a bottle of Prosecco! New Eastside Virtual Winter Food Drive.

New Eastside for Charity is coordinating a neighborhood food drive to support the growing need for food in the Chicagoland community during this pandemic throughout the winter season. Please see attached flyer and below link. Each building is a team and is challenged to raise a goal based on units and participation. Please share with your friends and neighbors to increase participation.

The Social Commission has arranged for a beautician to set up a pop-up shop in the Lounge on Thursday, April 29, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. She will have live tutorials and various beauty products for sale.

Please be advised, to adequately social distance, no more than 10 people will be permitted in the Lounge at a time, and masks must be worn at all times.
