Happy and excited to bring my contribution in this very elaborate restoration project of this beautiful 1896 house designed by the famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright ! Old meets new in this challenge to bring everything to original design!

Chimney inspection! Chimneys are a very important part of every house. Chimneys are meant to conduct smoke and combustion gases up from a fireplace, gas furnace or gas water heater and typically through the roof ! We inspect seriously every chimney and point out every aspect that can affect the general performance of the chimney or can have other negative consequences against the main structure. Not plum, missing rain cap or spark arrestors , cracked stone cap or a cracked flue liner are few common issues noted at chimneys. Don’t forget, chimney maintenance is also part of house maintenance!
