Guys, your dream has come true! The Jackass Magnets are back! Family-friendly fundraiser for a JMag offspring's school. Clean language, grimy music. Come support a worthy cause and see the Most Beautiful Band in Chicago perform for the first time in like fifteen years. Five bucks at the door, lots of terrific music and fun.

Sinéad O'Connor released 13 albums after her controversial SNL appearance. It did not end her career. Her own opinion was that having a number one hit derailed her career, and tearing the photo put her back on the right track. She never gave a damn about fame and fortune, she was fully committed to living by her principles from the very start. She said what she meant, and she sang it like she meant it. There are lessons to be learned, of course, about what it means to be a woman in a patriarchy, who opens her mouth as wide as possible and says it, loud. Thank you, Sinéad.

It's our First-Gigaversary! We've been sort of scattered to the winds the last few years, but in our hearts and minds we're still making a lot of noise.
