As snow whisked across the old town buildings and streets, Kelsey and Logan Mills were getting married. It was a frigid winter day in January, but there wasn’t a cold heart in sight. Hand in hand, and smiles abound, the happy couple posed for pictures in the falling snow and looked into each others eyes. Logan had been in love with her for a very long time. After the ceremony, moving speeches from sisters and best friends ensured there was hardly a dry eye in the wedding party. The newlyweds danced and laughed the night away with friends and family on a night they will never forget. Congratulations Logan and Kelsey!

The beautiful bride
On a rainy morning in Camp Grayling Michigan, I had the pleasure of filming my first small military wedding. The sun came out and It turned into a gorgeous fall day with the colors of the leaves in full spectacle by the lakeside. So many beautiful memories and moments captured. Congratulations to Tiff and Brad!

Basically my only vintage lens left since I moved everything over to native Sony lenses. The classic Helios 44-2 vintage lens is a cheap way to get into manual lens video production and just has such a unique bokeh and quality overall. I hope to use it again soon but the Sony 55 Zeiss 1.8 just always calls to me. That being said I just couldn’t give this one up.

The colors were just starting to turn on a gorgeous October day at the Bay Pointe Inn. Love was in the air and the lake water was calm and blue. Congratulations to Kyleigh and Devin. Being able to capture your special day was truly fantastic, and I wish you both happiness in the future!

Edelkrone SliderONE + A7s +Sony Zeiss 55 f1.8. The sharpest lens I’ve ever owned , the Zeiss 55 is a true treat. While not having the most impressive bokeh on a lens, the images are just incredible. While paired with the full frame A7s and the SliderONE it creates endless beautiful possibilities.
I will be out of the office from Nov 22-26 for holiday festivities. Happy Thanksgiving!
