Handmade soap

The first soap appeared in the Mediterranean region around 600 BC.

To make soap, animal fat or olive oil was used, which was boiled with ash until all the moisture had evaporated.

With age, soap does not deteriorate, but (like cheese or wine) with proper storage it only gets better: the smell becomes subtler.

The soap foams better and dries the skin less.

The most expensive soap in the world is called Qatar Royal Soap. Moreover, the soap itself is produced in Lebanon by a Lebanese company.
