Today is one of those bittersweet moments.

After an incredible journey with us, Jenny Jaros is leaving InternConnect to return to school and pursue her passion: Music Therapy 🎶

Jenny has been part of our story from the very beginning—starting as an intern back in the Spare to Share days and growing into a key contributor as we built InternConnect from the ground up. She played an essential role across operations, product design & testing, and client engagement, helping turn an idea into a real intern engagement product used by Fortune 500 companies and thousands of students—always bringing energy, empathy, thoughtfulness, positivity, and a willingness to jump in wherever help was needed. InternConnect truly wouldn’t be what it is today without her contributions.

While she’ll be deeply missed, we’re excited to watch her bring that same heart to helping people through music. Thank you, Jenny—we’re cheering you on in this next chapter 💙🎵

Our service includes the InternConnect Engagement Program: Designed to maximize engagement and connectivity within the cohort, the program, and the company.

After looking at our default program of ENGAGE, NETWORK, and LEARN Newsfeed posts, internship coordinators are able to mix and match in order to create a personalized program schedule. We want YOUR program to reflect YOUR company needs and values. These posts can range from trivia questions to how to create an email signature to prompting interns to message each other in the chat.

InternConnect is an application with post-internship communication!

Once the internship is over, all interns are moved into the Alumni Community. Here, (1) coordinators can push out new job openings, company news, etc., (2) interns can continue to participate and stay connected with the company and other interns, and (3) your company naturally creates alumni Brand Ambassadors on campus.
