Since taking office, Trump has gutted social safety-net programs and reduced funding for states. At every level of government, jurisdictions are struggling to fill the gaps left by the federal government to meet the needs of everyday people. Even prior to the Trump administration, our communities were hurting as elected officials have prioritized the needs of the top 1% over those of our neighbors.

Coalitions of community organizations are working together to influence city, county, and state budgets in order to protect us by investing in us. 💥

We know what keeps us safe: affordable housing, quality schools, mental health care, and violence prevention programs. Join members of the following organizations to learn about these efforts and how you can get involved! 💥

2️⃣ In the top right corner, click Search Illinois and type in your address
3️⃣ Your district's Senate and House representatives will appear on the right-hand side
4️⃣ Click each legislator's profile and call their Springfield office's phone number
5️⃣ Tell them to VOTE YES on ILRA's revenue plan!
