I had the pleasure of catering my family’s reunion yesterday and it was a huge honor and success! I want to thank the planning committee aunt Verlie, Gloria Lynn, Sophia and aunt Lorraine and Bridgette for booking us. My aunt Debby for making our set-up beautiful. And, thanks to Rommel for doing the damn thing on the grill. Eat Up catering does it again!

Spicy Pork Skewers Recipe The marinade—a sweet, spicy, tangy mixture of chiles, garlic, Sprite, vinegar, and dried mushrooms—is so full of flavor, we don't want even one drop of it to go to waste. That's why we simmer the leftovers (in a pot on the grill!), then use it to baste the skewers as they cook.
