Family, GLAAD is launching a new campaign focused on the FCC and the growing wave of complaints targeting LGBTQ-inclusive media.

The initiative encourages supporters to speak out against coordinated efforts aimed at censoring q***r representation in television, radio, and public media spaces. GLAAD says these attacks are part of a larger strategy to silence LGBTQ voices and roll back visibility in mainstream culture.

Representation matters, and so does protecting the spaces where our stories get to exist out loud.

Sometimes freedom means telling the truth out loud, even when it’s terrifying.

Anna DeShawn holds space for a story about leaving, healing, and finally saying the words: “I’m HIV positive.”

After 14 years, .kennedy shared her status publicly, not for attention, but for education, for community, and for the people who need to know they’re not alone.

What started as fear turned into purpose. A platform. A vision for something bigger, a space for testing, support, and real conversations about HIV.

This is what it looks like to choose yourself, to speak anyway, and to build something from your truth. Listen closely to this one, and check out the full series on E3 Radio’s YouTube channel!

Let’s talk labels… or not. 👀 Because what does it really mean to say q***r, sapphic, stud, or WLW? And who gets to define those words anyway?

Don't forget, Anna DeShawn is co-leading a panel that gets into all of it, from identity to language to how we show up for each other across experiences and generations.

Expect perspective, a little nuance, and probably a few “wait… I never thought about it like that” moments.

Come through and be part of the conversation.

Children’s Minnesota has resumed providing gender-affirming care for transgender youth after previously pausing services.

The hospital had halted care amid growing political pressure and uncertainty, but has now reinstated services, allowing young patients to once again access necessary medical support.

This moment underscores how quickly access to care can shift, and how critical it is for institutions to stand firm in providing evidence-based, life-affirming treatment.

Family, the Supreme Court has declined to take up a case involving transgender students’ privacy in schools.

That means a lower court ruling stands, allowing school staff to decide whether or not to disclose a student’s name or pronoun changes to their parents. The decision doesn’t create a nationwide precedent, but it does leave in place protections that give schools flexibility to support students navigating their identity.

As debates around LGBTQ+ youth continue across the country, this moment highlights the ongoing tension between student privacy, parental rights, and safety in schools.
