The curriculum survey came back last week. Here's the theme I saw in the responses, almost verbatim:

"I know what AI can do. I don't know which AI work is mine versus my team's versus a system's."

That sentence is the executive AI problem in one line.

It's not "should I use AI." It's not "which tool." It's "where does my hand stop and the system's hand start."

That's the part of this work I love most: when a CEO drops the performance and says the quiet thing out loud.

Here's what's surfacing already, without naming anyone:

→ The biggest blocker isn't tooling. It's the leader's own calendar.
