To our friends, supporters and community, it is bittersweet for us to announce that Good Measure has permanently closed. Our last day was unexpectedly in late May–it took us a moment to process our next steps, thank you for your patience.

We would like to thank all of our wonderful guests, vendors, neighbors and all of our incredible team members that have helped make this bar so special over the past almost four years. It has been a wild ride, thank you for all of the good times!

Orbit Group will continue to focus on developing our other projects in Chicago. Please stop by and visit our teams at Segnatore and The California Clipper in Humboldt Park some time soon.

Good Measure is a casual neighborhood bar and restaurant with a focus on creating a space where people can come as they are. We also play loud music and have the best bar food in the area - rated as one of Chicago’s best burgers by the Tribune in 2019 and ‘21.

We're looking for a stellar line cook to join our team.

Must be available evenings and weekends, approximately 30-35 hours a week. Competitive pay and health benefits included.

Requirements: 1-2 years experience preferred, an eagerness to learn
