In this video, our Director of Development, Jack Ryden, reflects on what it took to bring Sol Modern to life, a true labor of love shaped by intention, detail, and an unwavering focus on the resident experience. From thoughtfully designed units to best-in-class amenities, Sol Modern was envisioned as an all-encompassing building with everything you could need, all under one roof.
 
From day one, the goal was clear, design for how people actually live. The result is a downtown Phoenix landmark built with care, collaboration, and purpose, and a milestone project we’re incredibly proud to share in our 20-year journey.

As we celebrate two decades of building across Chicago and beyond, our headquarters remains one of our most meaningful achievements.

In this video, Kassie Chapel, Director of People & Culture, highlights how our HQ was designed by our team, for our team. A space that unites our people, supports cross-disciplinary work, welcomes our guests, and creates a true “work home.”

Completed in 2023, this project embodies what makes LG Group unique: an integrated design-build approach, a culture rooted in collaboration, and a commitment to creating environments where our teams can do their best work.

20 Projects 20 Years | Bryn Mawr Country Club

Tradition evolves. At Bryn Mawr, we expanded the member experience with new amenities designed to energize community and create fresh reasons to gather.

The reimagined pro shop added a vibrant new social destination—a bar and restaurant where members connect over post-round drinks and casual meals. State-of-the-art pickleball courts have become the hottest draw on property. A golf simulator suite brings year-round play and competition indoors.

These spaces don’t just serve—they activate. From flow to finishes, every detail fosters connection and elevates the everyday.
After 20 years, LG Group knows what elevated club environments require: precision, discretion, and a deep understanding of how members actually want to engage.

20 Years 20 Projects | Arthur on Aberdeen (2024)

Arthur on Aberdeen stands as a defining project in LG Group’s portfolio and a testament to what collaboration and adaptability can achieve.

In the heart of Fulton Market, this residential tower sits on the historic site of Arthur Harris & Company. Navigating the legacy of the past while designing for the future challenged our team to be flexible, creative, and solution-driven.

As our Development Manager, Lauren Tazza, shares in this video—Arthur on Aberdeen is our largest Chicago project to date, delivered two weeks ahead of schedule thanks to seamless teamwork across partners.

Projects like this highlight why our 20-year milestone matters: they show how LG Group continues to push boundaries, evolve with the city, and deliver results that move both communities and businesses forward.
