Meet Jose Leon. Jose is one of Hora Del Cafe Midwest Region's Events and Community chairs, an 8 year Partner and a District Manager in the Near North Suburbs of Chicago. When asked what inspired him to join Hora Del Cafe Jose had this to say: "As a first generation Latino American I have seen both the distinct challenges and opportunities Latino Americans experience and how family and community play an intrical role in Latinos day to day lives. I am excited to be part of a network that celebrates Latino culture and engages both Starbucks Partners and the Communities we serve to share and grow with each other."

Meet Fabiana Belous. Fabiana is one of Hora Del Cafe Midwest Region's Events and Community Chairs, a 9 year partner, and a Senior Designer for the Midwest Region. When asked what inspired her to join Hora Del Cafe Fabiana had this to say "After spending 19 years focusing on adapting to a new country I feel a strong desire to reconnect to my original culture and look forward to connecting with and helping people on their own journeys"

Meet Daniel Throw. Daniel is one of Hora Del Cafe's Midwest Regions Co Chairs, a 5 year Partner, and Partner Resource Manager for the Midewest Region. When asked what inspired him to join Hora Del Cafe Daniel had this to say "During my career I have had the opportunity to work in Chile, Puerto Rico, and Mexico and have enjoyed learning a new culture and communicating with different Latino cultures practicing my Spanish. I am excited to participate in an organization that promotes two of my passions: partner development and latino culture"

Meet JC Arce. JC is one of Hora Del Cafe's Midwest Region Co Chairs, a 5 year partner, and District Manager in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. When asked why he joined Hora Del Cafe JC had this to say: "As an immigrant to the US, I have had both struggles and success in my personal and professional life. Many of those experiences have defined me as well as helped me understand myself better. Most importantly, I have always had the support of people that care, encourage me, or guide me. Hora del café's mission is to help all partners succeed while teaching and celebrating Latin culture. I joined Hora del Café because I want to encourage our partners to achieve their dreams while supporting them and inspiring them as they grow personally and professional y. As a Latino, I would like to help educate and celebrate Latin culture with all partners at Starbucks"
