We’re officially in our birria era… and Taqueria Invicto understood the assignment 🔥🌮

What started as a pop-up taco stand turned into one of those spots you keep coming back to — bold flavors, no shortcuts, just really good food.

This time we went all in:
✔️ Quesabirria Taco Plate
✔️ Grande Birria Quesadilla
✔️ Birria Loaded Elotes
✔️ Torta Quesabirria Supreme (and yes… that April drop is worth it 👀🔥)

Everything was rich, juicy, cheesy — the kind of meal you feel after 😅

And the guacamole sauce?
Dangerous. In the best way.
Unlimited refills didn’t help our self-control 🙌

Safe to say… food coma was achieved.

You forget to drink water.
You forget to eat.
You just keep going until it’s done.
